Lucky Industries’ the leading manufacturer of garments to a vast variety of materials, at our Dehiowita manufacturing unit complies with all SA8000:2014 requirements, while commit to conforming all requirements, as laws, other applicable requirements which subscribes to us, and to respect the international instruments and their interpretations.

Our management continuously influencing interested parties and subordinates for the same practicing, and continually improving the system with legal and other requirements, and positive trends by:

• Not engaging, or supporting the use of child labour and forced labour within company or our external providers
• Ensuring health, safety, and remunerations to meet basic needs, norms, and industry standards for employees at all levels
• Recognizing the rights of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining at all levels
• Ensuring no discrimination on basis of gender, caste, religion, age, race and any other discriminative measure
• Disciplinary practices in accordance with the standing orders, and company code of practices at respective production units
• Working Hours in accordance with the applicable laws, norms, and industrial standards
• Addressing reverences, and concerns of all employees
